Jakob has been grinding all week, putting serious focus into building strength and explosive power as preparation ramps up for Brazil.
Every session starts fast and sharp — jumping jacks, jumping crosses, and seal jumps to fire up the body and set the tone. From there, it’s straight into the hard work: bench press, biceps curls, squat jumps, and Oitsuki technique drills, followed by heavy deadlifts and finished off with kettlebell swings to push power and endurance to the limit.
This phase of training is all about one thing: getting stronger to become more powerful. Jakob knows that to compete at the next level, he has to raise his physical game. Band-assisted punching drills are a key part of that process, helping him drive through resistance and unlock the extra force needed to make a real impact.
The work is intense. The focus is real. And every session is designed to make sure Jakob is developing in the right areas for the challenge ahead.
Brazil is coming — and the preparation speaks for itself.
