Training hard is something I talk about a lot but I wanted to share what it actually looks like right now. Between school and football and karate, most of my days involve training in some form. It is a lot. But honestly I would not have it any other way.

Finding the Balance
School comes first obviously. Homework gets done. But then it is straight into training mode. Some days that means football with my mates. Other days it means getting to the dojo and working on kata and kumite until my legs are tired and my gi is soaked.
The hardest part is not the physical stuff really. It is the mental switch. Going from sitting in a classroom to standing in zenkutsu dachi trying to make every movement perfect. That takes focus. And some days I have more of it than others.
The Dojo Sessions
Right now I am working on sharpening everything. The small details. The breathing. The kime at the end of each technique. My coaches push me hard and I need that. Since Brazil and becoming World Champion I have had to remind myself that the work does not stop. If anything it has to get harder.

I love the feeling after a good session though. Tired but accomplished. Like I earned something that day. Even when my body aches I know it is all building towards something bigger.
You Can Follow Along
Dad films a lot of my training and posts it to YouTube. If you want to see what these sessions actually look like you can check it out at youtube.com/@victorfredericodebrum2365/shorts. It is not flashy or edited perfectly. It is just real training. Real progress. Real work.
I am grateful for everyone who has been following this journey. The messages I get mean so much. If you want to be part of what comes next you can support me here: https://gofund.me/1727dc4e6. Every bit helps with training costs, tournaments, and everything it takes to keep going. Thank you.
